Personal data is information about personal or factual circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes information such as your name, your address, your telephone number and your date of birth, but also data about your specific career, etc., which can be assigned to a specific person with reasonable effort. Information that is not (in)directly associated with your real identity, however, is not personal data.

Personal data is stored exclusively for the purpose of filling the vacant position for which you have applied.
Your data will be stored for a period of [number of] days beyond the end of the application process. This is usually done to fulfill legal obligations or to defend against possible claims arising from legal regulations. Subsequently, we are obliged to delete or make your data anonymous. In this context, Personio is our contract processor according to Art. 28 DS-GVO. The basis for the processing is a contract for order processing between us as the responsible body and Personio.
Rights of data subjects
If personal data are processed by us as the responsible body, you as the data subject have certain rights under Chapter III of the EU Data Protection Regulation (DS-GVO), depending on the legal basis and purpose of the processing, in particular the right to information (Article 15 DS-GVO), the right to correction (Article 16 DS-GVO), the right to deletion (Article 17 DS-GVO), the right to restrict processing (Article 18 DS-GVO), the right to data transferability (Article 20 DS-GVO), the right to object (Article 21 DS-GVO).
