Your tasks

  • Key Expert of HPLC-based analytical testing, including method development, optimization, troubleshooting, and routine analysis of mRNA and LNP products.
  • Develop, optimize, and execute a range of analytical assays beyond HPLC for the characterization of mRNA and LNP products.
  • Design and execute analytical studies to improve product and process understanding and support continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and implement new analytical technologies and approaches to expand mRNA characterization capabilities.

Your profile

  • PhD or MSc in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Several years of hands-on experience in analytical development within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong expertise in mRNA analytics. 
  • Proven experience as an HPLC expert, including method development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working in RNA therapeutics, vaccines, or nanoparticle-based drug development.
  • Strong scientific problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
